ARTHOP 2022

ArtHop returns to Pemberton this fall, transforming local storefronts into pop-up galleries.

This year's hop features works from local art professionals and emerging creatives, displayed across 13 unique locations. View the exhibition for free from September 15- October 15, 2022.

The exhibition trail is best explored on foot or by bicycle using the ArtHop map. 

Kids Creation Stations -FREE

This year, we have added fun creation stations along the ArtHop trail for budding young artists to find. Each station contains different art supplies to take home! 


CALL FOR ARTISTS

Pemberton Arts Council are currently accepting submissions from local artists and photographers to be part of the exhibition. To keep this annual event fresh and fun we encourage first year and returning artists to submit new artworks*.

Deadline: Sunday, August 22nd 2022, 6pm PDT.

How it Works

Step 1: Read the submission criteria on the application, to ensure your artwork is eligible for this event.

Step 2: Fill out the application form below, before Sunday August 22nd 2022.

Step 3: The ArtHop team will jury submissions and send out acceptance emails by August 30th 2022 . All artists will be required to hand in their work between 12th-14th September, 2022.

Honorarium & Commissions

  • Each artist accepted will receive a $50 honorarium, providing that at least one of their submissions is a new artwork*.
  • All artwork which is for sale will be listed in a digital gallery on Pemberton Arts Council's website
  • Any sales made during the exhibition are subject to a 10% commission fee (to cover admin).
  • All sales will be digital.
  • Commission fees will be waived for Indigenous artists.
